I recently acquired the HMDX Jam Bluetooth Wireless Speaker and it’s quickly becoming one of my favorite toys.  What’s cool about the HMDX Jam is that it’s super compact, maybe 3 inches in diameter and 3 inches tall, so it goes everywhere with you.  You can connect your laptop, tablet, music player, or phone to it via Bluetooth or AUX jack.  The Bluetooth has a range of 30 feet, so you can walk around with your device and still have music flowing.

Despite it’s small stature, the HMDX Jam puts out some great sound!  When I’m behind the grill and throwing down some BBQ, I love to listen to some tunes.  I’ll hook up my tablet of phone and groove.   This is also a great speaker to take to the park, beach, basketball court, or anywhere you travel.  Just throw it in your bag and go.

One thing I recommend is to keep the jar that it comes in.  This is the perfect storage device and it will protect your speaker as you take it on the go.  Also, make sure you always plug it back in when you get home so it’s charged and ready to go.  The charging port is a micro USB adapter, so you should be able to use most cell phone chargers.
