Who doesn’t love a tasty burger, with cheese and all that goodness? Well, there are a few people in this world, but we won’t dwell on them at the moment. If you’re looking for a way to spice up your burger look no further than The Pepper Plant Original California Hot Sauce.
This tasty sauce will add a kick to your burger but won’t send you running for the water faucet. It has a very smooth pepper and garlic flavor. Besides being great for burgers, it also works well with tri-tip, turkey, chicken and on omelets. Here’s a recipe that I like to use when making burgers with The Pepper Plant’s hot sauce:
1lb of Ground Beef or Turkey
Half of a bottle of The Pepper Plant Original California Style Hot Pepper Sauce
Extra Sharp Cheddar Cheese
Place the ground beef or turkey into a bowl. Pour in a half of a bottle of the hot sauce into the bowl and mix the meat and hot sauce until the meet is fully covered. Scoop out the meat and pat it into burger shapes. Sprinkle both sides of the patty with the season salt.
Place the burgers on the bbq grill, George Foreman Grill, or in a frying pan until they reach the desired wellness.
Cut the cheese off of the block into 1/2 centimeter width. I prefer to NOT melt the cheese with this recipe, but you can if you wish.
Spread the honey mustard onto both buns, place the cooked patty on the bun and then add the cheese. Now enjoy!!
