I used to travel a lot!  In fact, I still probably travel more than most.  Due to my travel I’m always looking for clothes that travel well, which means they don’t wrinkle very easily in my suit case.  Over the years I have found a few brands that are truly wrinkle free clothes.

Wrinkle Free Dress Shirts

There are many brands that claim their shirts are wrinkle free, but I can tell you that 90% of them aren’t!  Here are the only two brands of dress shirts that I have found to be truly wrinkle free:

Brooks Brothers

Brooks Brothers Non-Iron shirts are truly non-iron!  They are the first non-iron shirts that I found that truly meet my specifications for a travel worthy shirt.  I learned about these shirts from one of my fraternity brothers who told me to check them out.  When you get to your destination and pull the shirt out it may look like they have some wrinkles, but all you need to do is hang it in the closet for a few hours and the wrinkles will disappear.  These shirts are classic and look good.  Even if you’re a bit on the heavy side, check out their athletic fit as it still may be the best fit for you.

Nordstrom

Nordstrom Easy Smartcare shirts are another brand that I have found that live up to the wrinkle free claim.  Like Brooks Brothers, they will be a bit wrinkled when you show up, but just hang them for a bit and you’re good to go.  Nordstrom used to be very limited in the colors and designs that they offered, but have recently started expanding the line so that you can find more colors in their Smartcare line.

Wrinkle Free Dress Pants

ALBERTO Ceramica Stretch Pant

Alberto Ceramica Stretch pants, out of Germany, are the absolute best wrinkle free pants that I have found!  While they can range from $100 to $200 in price range, they are worth every penny!  Most of them are flat front pants and fit very similar to jeans.  What’s great about these pants, other than being wrinkle free, is that they can be dressed up and warn with a sport coat, or dressed down and warn with a polo or even a nice t-shirt.  One thing to note, their sizes are in metric so the sizes are going to be much larger than the number you’re used to seeing.

That’s it!  Really, I haven’t found any other products that meet my specifications of being truly wrinkle free.  If you have any, please let me know if the comments.
